Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Shipments are made ONLY in the Continental US. 

Orders will be sent within 48 hours of order confirmation.  Tracking information will be provided via e-mail. 

Shipping couriers are chosen at the discretion of Tiddlywinks Toys & Games, including but not limited to USPS, Fed Ex and UPS.  Shipping rates include Standard Shipping rates.  Please allow 3-7 days for receipt of product. 

Oversized and heavy items will be charged added shipping fees as outlined in the product description. 

Expedited shipments: please contact us via phone for coordination and additional fees. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Prior to any return or exchange, please contact Tiddlywinks Toys & Games either via e-mail or phone to discuss the transaction.  Shipping instructions will be advised.   

Once we receive your item, we will send a confirmation of receipt via e-mail.  Your return/exchange will be processed within 3-5 days after receipt of your package.  Return funds will be made to the original credit card used.  A copy of the credit will be sent to the e-mail address used at the time of purchase.  Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

All return/exchange shipping expenses will be incurred by the customer, unless otherwise advised. 

TOYS

  • Items that are exchanged or returned must be made within 30 days from date of purchase, accompanied by the RECEIPT AND PACKING SLIP accompanied in the shipment.
  • Items must be in its original, sealed packaging and in new condition.

GARMENTS/SWADDLES/BLANKETS

  • Items that are exchanged or returned must be made within 15 days from date of purchase, accompanied by the RECEIPT AND PACKING SLIP accompanied in the shipment.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition, and have all tags attached as originally sold.
