Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Shipments are made ONLY in the Continental US. 

Orders will be sent within 48 hours of order confirmation. Tracking information will be provided via email. 

We offer a $15 flat standard shipping rate on all orders under $150 prior to tax.

Free standard shipping will apply to orders $150 and above prior to tax, with the following exclusion:
Oversized and heavy items will be charged added shipping fees as outlined in the product description.

Any orders with excessive order quantity or multiple repeated products may be canceled and refunded without prior notice as outlined in certain product descriptions. We reserve the right to cancel and issue a full refund to any order for any reason. 

Shipping couriers are chosen at the discretion of Tiddlywinks Toys & Games, including but not limited to USPS, FedEx and UPS. Shipping rates include standard shipping rates. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. 

For expedited shipments, please contact us via phone for coordination of desired delivery date and expedited shipping rates. 

We offer free in-store pickup for all online orders. You will receive a confirmation email that we have received your order, and a follow-up email within 48 hours when your order is ready for pickup. We kindly ask that fulfilled orders be picked up within 7 business days. 

We offer free local delivery on orders $100 and above prior to tax. Local delivery pertains to the city of Orange, CA and limited to a 5 mile radius. Applicable zip codes include and may be limited to 92861, 92862, 92865, 92866, 92867, 92868, 92869. Local deliveries will be made within 48-72 hours of when your order is placed, unless noted otherwise.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Prior to any return or exchange, please contact Tiddlywinks Toys & Games either via email or phone to discuss the transaction. Shipping instructions will be advised.   

Once we receive your item, we will send a confirmation of receipt via email. Your return/exchange will be processed within 3-5 days after receipt of your package. Return funds will be made to the original credit card used. A copy of the credit will be sent to the email address used at the time of purchase. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

All return/exchange shipping expenses will be incurred by the customer, unless otherwise advised. 

TOYS

• Items that are exchanged or returned must be made within 30 days from date of purchase, accompanied by the RECEIPT AND PACKING SLIP included in the shipment.
• Items must be in its original, sealed packaging and in new and unused condition.

GARMENTS/SWADDLES/BLANKETS

• Items that are exchanged or returned must be made within 15 days from date of purchase, accompanied by the RECEIPT AND PACKING SLIP included in the shipment.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition, and have all tags attached as originally sold.
